    Hygiene, logistics and packaging

    The Hygiene standard demands
a non-contact transfer of the formed
    semi-finished products into the final
    packaging. The fully automated
    process includes a 100% final
inspection of the product by camera
    systems checking all quality related
parameters of the decoration as well
as the inside of the crown cork.
    A machine data collection system
    informs about negative trends
at an early stage. Additionally, an
    external laboratory carries out
    microbiological analysis on our
products in all types of packaging
    for contamination.
