History of the company
The company was founded in 1909 as
“Leder- und Metallwarenfabrik
Versmold” (leather and metal products).
The first crown corks were produced
in 1954. Today, up to 35 million crown
corks per day leave the Versmold
factory to be sent all over the world.
The philosophy of the owner managed
company is to fulfill the highest
standards in quality and delivery
performance at competitive prices
by using state-of-art machinery and
production processes. We believe
in this as the base of a successful
cooperation with our customers.
